Missing Parts: If you are missing parts from delivery, please contact our Customer Care Department at 828-681-5011, Option 5. An agent will need to confirm your request to ensure the correct part is ordered.

Replacement parts: If you are seeking to purchase replacement parts not covered under warranty, please contact our Customer Care Department at 828-681-5011, Option 5. An agent will check availability and cost of the parts you need to order. This may include drawer handles, cushion casings, and cushion cores or other attached parts.

What Forms of Payment Does Carolina Furniture Concepts Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash or check for payment.

When Will I Be Billed for My Furniture, if I Financed My Purchased?

Billing for financed purchases will begin after delivery of the product.

Is There a Rent to Own Option?

Yes, we have Snap finance that offers rent to own. Please go to our financing page to apply online or you can visit one of our showrooms.

WARRANTIES

Where Can I Get Warranty Information on Merchandise?

We carry over 50 manufacturers and each one has a different warranty. To see the warranty on a specific manufacturer, please contact our sales support team at 828-681-5011, Option 4.

Do You Have An Extended Warranty or Protection Plan?

Yes, we offer a protection plan through Servco.

Important Information About Your Protection Plan.

When you purchase your protection plan, you will be given a certificate when you pick up or get delivery. It is very important that you keep this certificate in a safe place, as you will need a copy of it when filing a claim. Carolina Furniture Concepts does not keep a copy of this certificate and will be unable to help you if you misplace your copy.

How Much Does Your Extended Warranty Cost?

Our extended warranty cost is based on the amount you spend.

How Do I Submit a Protection Plan Claim for Accidental Stains or Damage to My Furniture?

Does the Color of the Physical Merchandise Differ From What I See Online?

Because settings on individual monitors vary, it is often hard for us to show the exact color(s) of each item. All images have been optimized to look their best on a variety of different platforms, browsers and monitors. If you have questions about a particular color of an item, you may wish to come to one of our showrooms.

Can I View Furniture From Online in a Showroom?

Some products that we sell are available in our showroom. To see if a piece you are looking for is available to view in our showroom, call 828-681-5011 Option 4.

Can I Choose a Couch and Chair in the Same Set to be Different Colors?

Some packages can be custom ordered.

Are Your Sleepers Comfortable Enough to Sleep On?

We have a very large selection of sleepers from various manufacturers and several mattress options. All are great for sleeping.

Are the Prices Shown Online Different Than the Store?

Generally, our pricing is the same online as in the store. However, there may be manager specials in the store that differ from online. We will honor any price on our website or in store.

Can I Get a Chaise on the Opposite Side of What is Shown in the Picture?

For most styles, yes.

Do You Sell Floor Models?

Do You Sell Foundations (Box Springs) Separate From Mattresses?

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

How Does The Delivery Process Work? Will I Be Contacted About My Delivery?

The day before your delivery you will receive a phone call, text or email giving you a courtesy 2-hour window of when to expect the arrival of your purchase.

On the day of delivery, a team of furniture specialists will place the items in the room of your choice and assemble each piece. They will ensure that your furniture is working properly.

You will need to make sure the room where you want your new furniture placed is clear of your old furniture. Our delivery team will not move your existing furniture.

What if My Billing and Shipping Address are Different?

Online retailers are subject to a considerable number of fraudulent purchases if steps are not taken to protect against them. Online purchases do not allow for a physical ID verification; therefore we require that all online purchases be delivered to an address that has been verified through the customer’s billing account. This allows us to ensure we are delivering to the person whose account is charge for the purchases.

We will ship or deliver anywhere in the continental U.S.

How Much is Delivery?

$199 for local delivery (Western North Carolina). This charge includes delivery, assembly and set up. For shipping charges outside of local area, please call our sales support team at 828-681-5011, Option 4.

Can I Pick-Up My Purchase at Your Warehouse or at One of Your Showrooms?

Yes. There is no charge to pick up. However, pick up does not include assembly. Please call 1 hour before you pick up so that we may ensure that your purchase is ready to be loaded.

Can I Track My Order?

What if My Merchandise is Delivered Damaged?

In the unlikely event your furniture is damaged, you have our promise that we will resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

You will need to make notes with our delivery team and call Customer Care at 828-681-5011, option 5. You will be asked to explain the damage and to provide photographs. You may also email customerservice@123cfc.com with this information.

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax?

Applicable sales tax will be added for your orders delivered in North Carolina.

Do You Move and Dispose of Old Furniture and Mattresses When You Deliver New Items?

We do not offer removal of existing furniture or mattresses. We recommend you contact a local non-profit (Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, etc.). Most will pick up at no charge.
